Forum Koszalin is a well established shopping centre that is dominant in its market. Its wider catchment of circa 300,000 inhabitants includes vibrant seadside towns that benefit from tourism growth. The centre offers a strong tenant mix including many retailers unique to the region.
The Investment Strategy
Post acquisition in 2019 the asset immediately benefits from a high income return. We aim for newly establishing additional attractive tenants at Forum Koszalin to further strengthen its draw and market position. Several value-adding asset management initiatives have been identified for execution in the near to mid term.
