The Investment Strategy
- Acquired in March 2023 by the ECE Progressive Income Growth Fund jointly with investors of the Generali insurance group.
- The strategy comprises further strengthening the attractive retailing offer of this popular centre in the context of the growing city district. Investments to enhance the environmental and social credentials of Pep, also in light of the city of Munich’s urban improvement plan for the area, are a key element of the business plan.
- The centre holds a BREEAM “Excellent” rating from an operational perspective and a “Very Good” rating overall.
